These terms cover your use of the AKURA website and apps (“AKURA”), provided by Beyda Club LLC, doing business as AKURA (“we”, “us”). By creating a business or joining one, you agree to them.
Your account and your business
You need an account to use AKURA. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under it. The person who creates a business is its owner and can invite others, set what they can do, and delete the business. If you are invited into someone else’s business, the owner controls that business and its records, including your access to them.
Your data
The records you put into AKURA are yours. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export them from the reports at any time and delete them from Settings → Account. We do not claim any ownership of your business data.
Connected services
If you connect an eBay or TikTok account, you are also bound by those platforms’ terms, and you are responsible for having the right to connect that account. You can disconnect at any time by revoking AKURA’s access on the platform.
Acceptable use
- Use AKURA only for lawful business purposes and only for a business you are entitled to manage.
- Do not try to access another business’s data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Do not use AKURA to store content you don’t have the right to store.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AKURA available and your data safe, and we keep backups, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or add features, and we may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use AKURA after a change means you accept it.
Fees
AKURA is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will say what they cost and what they include before anything is charged, and you will be able to choose whether to continue.
Ending things
You can stop using AKURA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk; where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
Liability
AKURA is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from data you entered incorrectly, from third-party platforms, or from events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
