AKURA is inventory software for trading-card and sealed-product businesses, made by Beyda Club LLC, doing business as AKURA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the AKURA website and apps, why, where it is kept, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address, your name if you give one, and your password (stored only as a one-way hash by our sign-in provider). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the email and name those services share with us.

Your business records. Everything you enter to run your business: products and cards, quantities, costs, prices and market values, documents (receipts, sales, adjustments, transfers), partners you buy from and sell to, expenses, team members you invite, and the settings you choose. Photos you take or upload of your products are stored with them.

Connected services, only if you connect them. If your business connects an eBay account, we read your eBay purchase history (orders, items, prices, shipping, tracking, listing photos) to record what you bought. If your business uses the TikTok break sync, we read your TikTok Shop orders to record what was sold. We never see your eBay or TikTok passwords; access is through tokens you can revoke on those platforms.

Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, time, request) for security and troubleshooting. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

To provide the service: showing your inventory, building documents, running reports, syncing connected marketplaces, and letting your team work in the same business. To keep the service secure and working. To respond when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Your team. People you invite to your business see its records according to the role you give them. Costs can be hidden from roles that shouldn’t see them.

Service providers. Your data is stored with Supabase (database, file storage and sign-in) and served by Render (application hosting), both in the United States. Emails we send you — sign-up confirmation, password reset, invitations — go through Resend. For businesses using the TikTok break sync, listing photos may be sent to Anthropic’s API to identify the products in them; no account information is sent with them. eBay and TikTok receive only the requests needed to read your own account. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Where it lives and how it’s protected

Each business’s records are isolated from every other business at the database level (row-level security), so one business cannot read another’s data even by mistake. Connections are encrypted in transit. Sign-in tokens expire and can be revoked.

How long we keep it

For as long as your business account exists. When you delete your account (below) the data is deleted; backups roll off within a short period after that.

Deleting your account

In the app or on the website: Settings → Account → Delete. A team member deletes their own sign-in and access; the owner of a business deletes the business and everything in it, including its photos and every member’s access. This is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also email us at support@akurastock.com and we will do it for you.

Your rights

You can see and change your account and business records in the app at any time, export your data as CSV from the reports, and delete it as described above. If you are in a region with specific privacy rights (for example the EU, UK or California), you can exercise them by contacting us.

Children

AKURA is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app and update the date at the top.
